The second Couture show by Raf Simons for Christian Dior has been much anticipated by the fashion world. Simons, previously criticised for being too minimalist for the house, has faced mixed reviews so far in his work for Dior.
The latest offering has proved no different. Some love the breath of fresh air Simons has brought to the house.
Some say he is lifting looks straight from the house's archives, with nothing new to offer the long-standing house.

And others are just crying out for the days of Galliano, where extravagance and femininity were the order.
Whilst I personally loved what Galliano created at Dior, I am impressed by the direction Simons has chosen. Here are just a few of my favourite pieces from today's collection.

The first look you posted was by far my favourite in the collection! Although nothing can top the tangerine and white gown in the pre-fall collection, to heavenly!
